These terms apply when you buy from aerieloom.com or from our store at Novare Lekki Mall. Placing an order means you accept them.
You are buying from Aerie Loom Studio Ltd, trading as Aerie Loom, Shop G01, Novare Lekki Mall, Sangotedo, Lagos.
Adding something to your bag is not yet an order. An order exists once payment is completed, and we will confirm it by email. Until then nothing is reserved.
We may decline an order if the item has sold out, if the price shown was clearly wrong, or if we cannot deliver to the address given. If we decline after you have paid, you are refunded in full.
All prices are in Nigerian Naira and include VAT at 7.5%, so the price shown for a piece is the price you pay for it. Delivery, if you choose it, is added at checkout and carries no VAT. The price you pay is the total shown at the moment you check out. (Orders placed between 4 and 13 October 2026 had VAT added at checkout instead.)
Some pieces show Price on request rather than a figure. These are in the store and can be seen, but are not yet priced for sale online. Message us and we will quote you.
We change prices from time to time. A change never affects an order already paid for.
Payment is taken by Paystack, a licensed Nigerian payment processor. We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once Paystack confirms the payment.
Delivery is charged by zone, chosen at checkout:
Furniture (chairs, bed frames, mattresses) travels by van: Lagos Island ₦60,000, Lagos Mainland ₦80,000, once for the order. Outside Lagos, or if you prefer, pay online and send your own courier or transport to Shop G01; there is no charge from us for that.
The fee for your zone is added to your total at checkout. Delivery is arranged after payment: we message you on WhatsApp, on the number you gave, to arrange it.
We give timings in good faith but cannot guarantee them, since the journey is in the hands of the courier and of Lagos traffic. Please check your goods on arrival.
When a piece is sold out, you may be able to reserve one from our next order. A 70% deposit reserves it, paid online. The price on the day you reserve is the price you pay, even if the new shipment costs us more.
Prices include VAT, so the deposit carries its share of VAT and the balance the rest.
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of receiving it and we will replace it or refund it in full, including what you paid for delivery.
If you simply change your mind, tell us within 7 days. The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. Return delivery is at your cost, and we refund the price of the item together with the VAT on it.
For hygiene reasons the following cannot be returned unless faulty: pillows and pillow inserts, mattresses and mattress toppers, and any bedding or towels that have been opened or used.
Refunds go back to the account you paid from, usually within 7 to 10 working days of the item reaching us.

Courtesy codes may be limited to first-time buyers, to one use per customer, to a minimum spend or to an expiry date. The conditions are shown when the code is issued. Codes have no cash value and cannot be combined unless we say so.
We photograph our products carefully and describe them honestly. Screens vary, so a colour may differ slightly from what you see. If a colour matters to your room, come and see it at the store or ask us for a photograph in daylight.
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account being used fraudulently.
The photographs, words, designs and name on this site belong to Aerie Loom. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without asking.
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Nigerian consumer law or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction.
